School of Slavonic Studies (SSEES)

6 December 2008

This show was initiated and organised by Beskydy and the Masaryk Society at SSEES.  The format was a lecture-presentation: a journey from the West to East of the former Czechoslovakia, with short talks on music, culture, history, folk arts and tradition...and of course, dancing!

The students did a fantastic job with the organisation and joined in with the workshop on the day.

Thanks to all of Beskydy for their hard work and dedication, The Masaryk Society (special thanks to Claire!), and photographer Brian Evans for sharing these photos.
